"We had an absolutely amazing meal at Marco's! Omg, I will be DREAMING about the aubergine parmigiana forever! I'm honestly gutted we live 2.5 hrs away because this was the best meal I've ever eaten. We came for dinner (2 adults and a child and ordered the veggie calzone, parmigiana and a salad all to share. The portions are HUGE! We left stuffed and so happy as the food was just gorgeous. We sat outside out the back and had the lovely waterfall as our soundtrack. The staff were really friendly, attentive and moved tables about to accommodate us (and to fit the massive plates on! . The food came out quickly and was so hot and fresh. Everything was just divine I honestly can't express how delicious it all was. I am NOT a salad person and I loved the salad as the dressing was so tasty. The calzone was crunchy, cheesy, buttery and garlicky. But the star of the show was the aubergine parm. It came with this deliciously crunchy foccacia bread. The top was cheesy and crispy, the sauce was the absolute best tomato sauce I've ever had and the aubergine and veg inside was the perfect filling. You will not regret visiting!!
