"this restaurant in my opinion has a great price ratio. I think it was the restaurant where I've been staring michelin with more economic tasting menu p.p. the dishes that were served were all great, and well presented. There was no dish that considered very innovative u striking, but on the other hand there was none that were weaker. I consider the menu quite consistent. from my point of view the space is very simple, and with a very minimalist decoration, but I realize that the focus is the architecture of the built and the menu itself."

to be a tasting menu with michelin star awaited a slightly more elaborate menu. the ingredients are of quality and everything was very rich, but for my drop the dishes were quite simple considering what is paid.

We went for a celebration and certainly fulfilled the expectations. the restaurant is beautiful, the food was spectacular and the attention very good. We are already looking for an excuse to repeat, eskerrik asko!

a fantastic experience, we got a lot of the detail of receiving a powerful greeting from the kitchen nothing but enter, the menu is not very extensive but it is very balanced and easy to eat, the very good rhythm and the attention of the fantastic staff, the wonderful pairing. we were very happy.

nerua is one of those restaurants where the quality raw material is perfectly combined, in its case the product of proximity, with culinary techniques that respect that product. Unlike other high-size restaurants, in nerua you have two options: your tasting menu or the menu in which those same dishes of tasting appear. a point in your favor because sometimes the tastings become too long and/or excessive. In my opinion, this restaurant, located in the Guggenheim Moeo building, is a better choice of high cuisine in bilbao.

"Todavía recuerdo mi visita a la antigua ubicación del restaurante eksanobe en el palacio de euskalduna, me fascinaba la cocina de los canales fernando y su inseparable población de mikel. En ese momento estaban dando los últimos servicios porque se trasladaron de la sede al mismo que acabo de visitar en el centro de la ciudad. los canales fernando habla de su propuesta gastronómica: “Ofrecemos a nuestros clientes experiencias inolvidables a través de creaciones culinarias originales que transmiten la pasión, alegría y placer que sentimos al imaginar y crearlas. sólo los mejores productos tienen un lugar en atelier etksanobe, y sobre la base de la excelencia están preparados para desplegar en el comensal todo su sabor y cualidades.” En esta nueva ubicación tienen diferentes propuestas gastronómicas, por un lado la despensa, una cocina elaborada pero inapropiada, con precios también más accesibles, y por otro, el atelier, donde fernando y mikel deja volar su imaginación pero siempre con el mejor producto, al cual en algunos platos tratan de respetarlo al máximo. el menú que pude disfrutar fue un buen paseo por los platos emblemáticos del restaurante, un montón de producto tratado con elegancia exquisita, y muchas sorpresas en la habitación con la interacción del chef mismo. en postres una sorpresa que es mejor no descubrir para que la experiencia sea inolvidable."
