Had avocado toast and husband had mushroom with caramelised' onions and cheese', was not really cooked very well, onions barely cooked and mushrooms soggy. Probably best to come for coffee and cake/tea/scones etc.

We ordered the Pate Platter and New Yorker at the restaurant. The Pate Platter could have used more toast and pate and less pickles, as a whole ramekin of sundried tomatoes was too much. However, the pate itself was very tasty. The sandwich was good as well. Both dishes lacked dressing on the side salad. We also enjoyed good coffees and tried two cakes, carrot and pecan, which were very good. It was nice to have vegan options available in a small town.

We came across Marmalade Kitchen when searching for somewhere to have breakfast on our last morning on our honeymoon. I've only been vegan for a few months so i was very happy to find somewhere that provided more than just one option for a vegan meal. The food was amazing, so much choice! We arrived quite early in the morning after a nice walk along the beach and a sit on the rocks. The service was quick, the staff and owner Sophie were all lovely and attentive. I had a vegan breakfast burrito and my husband had a veggie cooked breakfast, all very tasty and very generous portions!
