I loved the marlene bar in the intercontinental hotel. nostalgic, classical, good service, good choice of drinks, spirits and weeps. delicious appetizers. cozy environment.

marlene’s bar is connected to the intercontinental hotel, making it an ideal place if you don’t want to go out in the evening. we only enjoyed drinks on the outside terrace, so I cannot speak for the food offer. our service was okay, but still it was nice to be able to relax and let the world pass by itself. this large bar is located near the berliner zoos. Inside it is very comfortable, but they can also enjoy the terrace. we had some great cocktails, mixed with maik, the experienced chef de bar. we appreciated knowing about cocktails and liked to follow his advice. when they drink something, they get something to drink. we had dry ham, cheesectackers, olivers with crumbles. we had a good meal there too.

the marlene bar is part of the berlin intercontinental hotel, but in the corner there is a small restaurant. the restaurant dressed as a library is served by the bar and offers a short but varied menu. the personal is courteous and multilingual, but torn back and forth between bar and restaurant you can sometimes feel somewhat neglected. eating is good, but the menu does not contain any prices. Why are restaurants ashamed of what they expect from their services? worth a visit.

the marlene bar, named after the famous German singer and actress marlene deitrich, is a very demanding place to meet with colleagues or friends. I found the personal rather warm and friendly and I enjoyed my "marlene hamburger" supposedly remembered how they enjoyed their hamburger. the pommes were crisp and crisp. thanks to an excellent barista, my coffee was perfect and the small disc free chocolate cake was divine I tried a glass of German foam wine, but it was just okay. this bar/café is located in the lobby of the intercontinental hotels. we ate twice here. the first time we got burger. mine was a cheeseburger and it was so good. my man ordered the Marlene-Burger. When the waiter brought it, we don't dare our eyes. it was so big and had so much to eat that it was almost impossible. but it was great. Another time we wanted a light meal and ordered Caesar salads. before the salads came, our waiter brought us a tablet with olive, crackers and prosciutto. everything was delicious. this is a very cool place to drink or eat. on the walls hang many interesting photos, some with autographs. some are old, but there are also some new additions like bono.

After we arrived in the intercontinental hotel in berlin, we decided to eat in the hotel. the only other restaurant in the hotel that is open for dinner is the excellent hugo’s with a Michelin star. because, if we were so tired, we didn't want to spend a poor and no one for dinner, we decided to be marlene. it is a small restaurant with a very nice atmosphere right next to the bar and has a quite limited menu. to the happiness is in Germany sparing time and marlene has several sparing dishes in the offer. we tried the white sparing sticks with decomposed butter and sauce hollandaise. yum. not quite cheap, but what one expects from a 5-star hotel. we'll probably be back here before we check o...

our family went up and down the street looking for a restaurant and found nothing we liked and finally landed in the hotel. the hamburger for 19 euro and bottle still water for 8 euro we found a little happy, but for hotel restaurants not unexpected. when the food arrived, the portions were huge. we could have easily split a burger and pommes between two people, and my man never wants to share something, so if he says it can be divided, that is a big part! eating was very good. the atmosphere super. 100 euro for 4 burgers and water were a little more than we would have wished, but if we had known that they were large enough to share them, we would have ordered different and the price would h...
