"I have been going to this restaurant for years for special occasions, and it has always been fantastic. However, on my last visit for a first date, things went completely wrong. We ordered two different steak meals, each with a different cooking style and sauce. When the meals arrived, they had the wrong sauces and were cooked incorrectly. I spoke to the manager about the issue, but it led to an awkward situation. I asked for the meals to be prepared correctly, but was told that mine would then be cold. Instead of replacing the meals, we ended up accepting what we were given. This disastrous experience ruined my first date and I ended up paying over £89 for it. It was definitely not a Marc Pierre moment. Since then, I have taken my business elsewhere. It's unfortunate, as I used to really enjoy this restaurant before this incident."

Don't make the mistake I did - read the reviews on Google or at Birmingham Cube restaurant before dining at Marco White. From now on, I will always remember Marco White as a disappointing experience.

The food and service at this restaurant were terrible. I am shocked that Marco would associate his name with this place. I ordered a pizza that tasted like it was frozen, and it had an excessive amount of cheese on it.

Lovely place to eat whilst staying in the hotel. Nice portions and excellent service and value for money. Unfortunately I believe it's closing for a renovation. Parking: Plenty of parking on site. Just let reception know your registration number so your not charged. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Think it's in decline to be honest, quality has gone quite downhill. 4 quid suppliment to swap cheese on a burger when it's only 1 quid to add it. Baked cheesecake that had been defrosted in the microwave and 9 quid for a calamari starter that was super greasy. It's a shame, seems to have gone downhill in the last 6 months so I don't know what's changed. I'll probably still use the hotel but drive elsewhere to eat. Food: 3

We went Sunday evening as a treat The food was fabulous, unfortunately we were sat with all the construction personnel extremely loud.moving the furniture about shouting between themselves. We couldn't actually hear each other. as we had spent almost £100. In what felt like no more than a cafe .very disappointed with our experience. The place is big enough to of sat them in a area left them to it , And made our experience a pleasant one ... Won't be back ...if I wanted to eat in a cafe then I'd of gone to one ...
