Italian food prepared with creativity and diligence. High quality. Staff was very friendly however, at times overstretching German sense of humor with rather plain jokes.

Great italian food, friendly service, happy atmosphere a delightful surprise! But, please, remember to make a reservation (we did not, but the team was quite nice in finding our group of three a nice table).

I visited this restaurant as part of a large work group. Overall food was very nice , my sole was really tasty and was seasoned well, it would have been nice to have a little more veg and potatoes but overall a very nice meal....Service is certainly not quick, the team are friendly and looked after our large group.

Ordered a mixed platter of appetisers roasted peppers, meats, olives, salmon, courgette beautiful not over salted. Mains, opted for a sirloin steak rare. Despite mixing mine up with a colleagues (well done) that was possible their only error we managed...to sort it between ourselves. Had a house antipasto followed by sea bass. The antipasto was collection of dishes, meat fish and wet cheeses. They don’t go together at all, but individually they were great. I mean honestly how many different wines do you need for this one dish?? Then...the sea bass... too little of it, served on a lot of mashed potatoes, both very tasty but would have preferred more of tje fish, the solitary prawn on the dish (part pf garnish I guess) was fantastic, tou could taste the freshness! So all in all very good just a little jumbled up. I guess Italian for A German palate.

We had not booked, and arrived at the restaurant only to be told it was full and would be an hour wait. We were just about to head out the door, when one of the waiters said that they could make a plan, and put...us at the little bar counter for our starters. We were very pleased, and it worked perfectly. By the time we were ready for mains, a few tables had opened up, so we got to enjoy our meal at a lovely table. The food is absolutely amazing. I had the truffle pasta, which was incredible. The waiter recommended an excellent wine. We really enjoyed our evening, and will certainly be back the next time we are in Dusseldorf. Hopefully we will remember to book next time.

I like Italian food. A lot! Being from Brazil we are used with the good stuff all over the place, so I got excited when I was told we were going to have an experience in an Italian restaurant in Dusseldorf. The waiter, that didn't...speak English (fine, not a problem), started offering the main dishes and almost, almost jumped to that, even without showing us the menu (I guess he was asked to sell the black angus steak, as he offered basically it to all of us). Thankfully someone on the table stopped him and we could enjoy a wonderful antipasti! The baby octopus is the the shining star of the dish. I ordered a spaghetti with sausage and red sauce.
