the compiled menu and the matching wine from the sommeliere were a pure joy. if the possibility arises again, it will certainly lead away here. eating was a true joy for both the eyes and the likes.

I visited the Kesselhaus with customers since I heard so many good things about that place. They couldn't achieve my expectations what doesn't mean that it was bad. The service was good and friendly and the outside area was okay. The food quality was average,...compared with the price we paid.

Our budget only allowed for the bistro, which was OK. Service was good, but one thing I would have expected is to be asked how the entrecote should be done (I might have told them unasked, but I didn't have the entrecote but others...in our group did). the name already reveals: an old industrial building that gives an interesting atmosphere. there are a large diot and the salon with a small star restaurant. but also in the art red you can eat excellent: a mixture of classics, e.g. pork chops with lenses and late zle, and modern creative cuisine, e.g. scampis in various preparations (carpaccio, flan and fried) or kalbsteak with maronenkruste, kartoffel cake (excellent) and two kinds of romanesco (creme and roast). fair prices, including 2 menus for 35-40 € and worth mentioning the friendly service.

I understand that the restaurant has 1 Michelin star and the Bistro is Michelin recommended - the restaurant was closed at the weekend so we opted for the Bistro.Given our expectations I was very disappointed by the whole experience.I was surprised that there was no English version of the menu available. This meant that my friend had to translate every dish for me.I felt that our server was overly chatty but in a very patronising way. When we raised issues with her, she talked a lot but did not apologise and seemed to shrug off our comments. The only person who responded positively was the wine waitress.The food! we were in the le salon for the first time and very excited what awaits us there. we were received very nicely and consistently very good and friendly. we ordered a 4-course surprise menu. our request without seafood was received at the reservation. at summer temperatures we sat in the shade in the outside area. it was pleasant and cozy with light wind train.
