It was okay. The restaurant was hosting a party in a marquee outside, so the staff were a bit busy.

Not sure of his name but the lovely man behind the bar was really kind and accommodating, food was quick and tasty.

What a fabulous pub we went here two nights running whilst on holiday at Goodiford mill lakes the tenderloin of pork was lovely great service

Very lucky to get a table for 4 today for Sun carvery. We were staying nearby Forest Glade Hol Park. Food was A1,cooked to perfection,top quality fresh. Staff were extremely friendly welcoming. We would without a doubt go again. Thank you everyone! Voir le carte

We stopped here on our way to our holiday destination. 4 adults and one dog. We were given a warm welcome and our dog was allowed inside. Our main courses and puddings were amazing, so tasty, well presented and good portions and great value for money. All the staff were very polite too. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because as someone else has previously mentioned the toilets do need updating and because they are so old you get the impression they can’t be cleaned well, even though they probably are. Would definitely return here again, hopefully on our way home from our holiday

We had originally planned to be a group of three for dinner, but unfortunately our friend had to cancel last minute due to a medical emergency at his care home. Despite the change in plans, we decided to still go to The Keepers Cottage for our meal. The pub's cozy and welcoming atmosphere matched its charming exterior. Located on the main road with ample parking, it was easy to find. Our lunch of prawns and cured salmon on a bed of lettuce was delicious, and the generous serving of bread and butter left us feeling satisfied. If you are in the area, don't miss out on this gem of a restaurant.

The food at the restaurant was delicious. However, our experience was marred by the long wait times and disorganization of the staff. We arrived at 7 pm and did not receive our food until 9 pm, with several mishaps along the way. We were not informed that certain menu items were unavailable until we tried to order them, and our starter took a long time to arrive despite us asking for it multiple times. There was also a mix-up with our main dishes, with one being given to the wrong table before eventually reaching us. The staff apologized for the delays and offered to comp our drinks, but it was clear that they were overwhelmed and understaffed for the number of guests they had. Additionally,... Voir le carte
