Helles und wunderschönes Kaffee mit Bäckerei. Gäste sind bunt gemischt: Rentner, Kinder, Geschäftsleute und und und...Die Auswahl an belegten Broten ist sehr beeindruckend. Etwas langweilige und zeitraubende Bedienung.

Die Kaffehalle in Solothurn hat Tradition und bietet sehr feine Patisserie an.Die Mittagsmenü sind im durchschnitt.Leider ist das Personal in der Kaffehalle sehr kinderunfreundlich. Wenn man mit dem Kinderwagen hineinkommt, wird man wie ein Alien angeschaut - so nach dem Motto: was wollt ihr denn hier.

Seit jahren, wenn ich in Solothurn bin ist ein Besuch in der Kaffeehalle ein muss. Ich lebe im Ausland und dort vermisse ich die vielen guten sachen die es in der Kaffeehalle gibt. Jedes mal eine Gaumenfreude. Die Bedienung ist sehr gestresst, ist bei so vielen Kunden auch verständlich.. ich bewundere die Serviertöchter die immer noch so freundlich sein können und dies in jeder stress Situation.Ich komme wieder.

Absolutely my favorite coffee house/pastry shop in Solothurn, although there are several other excellent choices. The reason I always return here is the wonderful selection of fresh fruit cakes and tar. As a health service provider there is nothing more exciting than the combination of the tasty of a dessert with the health of fresh fruits. Of course, their other pastries and documented rolls (open sandwiches or tapas) are also fabulous and the look forward is sensational!

I visited this place twice and in both cases I had a very bad experience. The waitresses are rude and unfriendly. I stopped for a second time. I ordered a dessert for my son and a coffee for me. We waited 45 minutes to get the order with many excuses. Once we wanted to pay and escape, they made us wait a long time. We went in to despise us. I'm sorry, no customer orientation. You will certainly have good business, how many people go by, not sure Tehy will come back. I'm suggesting something different. Never again!

Die Kaffeehalle sticht einem schon mit einer sehr grossen Auswahl an üppigen belegten Broten (Canapés) buchstäblich ins Auge. Vom Poulet Barbados bis zum Lachs mit Cocktailsauce werden zirka 20 diverse Leckereien angeboten. Dasselbe gilt auch, was die Desserts betrifft. Vom Johannisbeerschaumkuchen bis zum Panna Cotta sind alle, auch über 20 Süssspeisen, der Traum jedes "Naschmaules". Einzig das Lokal selber und der Service wirken eher behäbig und weisen Potential nach oben auf. Der gute bis sehr gute Gesamteindruck aber, der ist nachhaltig. Auch für einen Kurz - Lunch bestens geeignet.

A café, bakery and pastry shop, they have a wide selection of baked goods, including morning breads and rolls, sweet treats such as pastries and deserts. For breakfast, you can also get cheeses and meats such as prosciutto (Rohschinken), fruit and Birchermuesli. The breakfast highlight for me is what I think are the best Gipfeli in town. There are several other cafes in Solothurn with excellent croissants (you can hardly go wrong here), but I like these the best they have just the right amount of crispiness.
