Delicious Asian-influenced fusion food. Dishes are well executed, looking fresh and appetising. Friendly and professional staff. Refined but relaxed atmosphere.

the best way to explore the new city for food, tests the local restaurant. I love eating with a bit Asian fusion style, not boring (like the standard recipe) cooking / preparation skill. friendly service. the only thing I think they can do. even better to offer more employees during the rush hours.

my friends and I recently had a nice dinner in the late night in the salt house. the high-quality ingredients were combined to some very unique and delicious aromas. the prices were also fair, based on what we received. my only recommendation for improvement was a bit more smile in. the service; they were a bit grumpy. but I would come back very happy.

We went with a group of 9. The service was sober but correct. A 3 course menu for 65 CHF was expensive. The entree was a simple seasonal salade, the main course was perfectly cooked guinea fowl. The warm apple pie for dessert was also...good but not special for that price. Two glasses of wine for 15 CHF were also not cheap. The swiss wines however were delicious.The location and the interior of the restaurant are awsome.

there was no problem created by the restaurant, but this was Friday night and across the river there was very loud and unfortunately not too high quality rock concert. the communication at the table of the salt house was a kind of challenge. service. they eat interesting Swiss and European dishes with a twist of asia. I had very tasty thai curry suppe with garnel and a dish of the day that was a slowly cooked bark with bread dumpling. dessert was also very nice as we decided to order a selection of Swiss cheese. all three were very good, but mynfavourit was a blue cheese with chutney

I was in Solothurn for work and having dinner for one. I was quickly offered a table when I entered the restaurant. It was quite busy with the restaurant about 75% full. It took some 10 minutes before anyone paid any attention to me. When...I was almost about to leave a girl asked me if I wanted to drink something but without a menu it was difficult to select a wine so I asked for a menu. Shortly after that a more senior waitress came to me with a menu asking me if I'd already been served at all. She clearly had realized that I had been waiting a while.
