"the restaurant juan brown is a key place for the gastronomy of the Almeria. In particular today we will try your special tasting menu for your anniversary, a menu that makes a tour of the most emblematic dishes of the cuisine of the chef juan brown. the philosophy of the restaurant is very linked with the traditional Almeriense cuisine with the product of proximity thanks to the marvellous garrucha lonja but always without giving up other products from other places both of spain and of the world. the proposal of brown juan is a traditional, classic kitchen, with avant-garde touches. a restaurant recommended by the guide repsol and belonging to the bib gourmand of the guide michelín.
