eating was good, but the portions were very clear. the service very nice, the ambiente a little old-fashioned. we were the only guests on a Wednesday night(18.30 -21.00). the prices salted for the probier proportions.

we were three and have come to burgundern, especially because of the legendary wine selection. we liked to have a 5-speed surprise menu. that was wonderful. the wein. was clear from the front that it won't be cheap. but it was worth it.

good in service and accompanying the customer. all we ate. Too bad it's really much too expensive. note that there are no food cards in English, only in German, but the waiters are very nice and explain everything to them. note2, is it possible that a bottle of water costs 6 €? Voir le carte

the lunch card is difficult to order. not too extensive, but something for everyone. floor-to-ceiling kitchen that is served competently and friendly. the weeping card makes the heart of each weeping beat faster. a local without an intrusive crisp, it's about eating and drinking.

it is known that Italian food belongs to the best of the world. this is burdening us when we go out. Finding a good restaurant is not easy and Germany is not an exception. Johannas is the exception! we had a fish menu and it was just perfect. the price is not low (55 e drinks), but in mailand you give the same for less.

I was with my lifemate in the johannas. we ordered à la carte. the products used were excellent quality and absolutely in the frame. the recommended house. heart and leber from the reh. simply top! also remarkable is the extensive wine map. Unfortunately, some positions were already extruded. here might be matched to the wee card that can be accessed on the homepage. yet exciting weine listed. the service was very dedicated to our well-being. we will definitely visit the restaurant again. do not let them be fooled by the ambiente, that only plays a subordinate role here. the choice when eating is kept small, but there is a great choice in wine. In short, the quality of the individual courses is excellent. the menus offered are highly recommended and comparatively inexpensive. the service is very accommodating and the ideal response partner for the accompanying weine. where you can spend a few euro more here. still, follow the recommendations and only enjoy. very recommended.

we had: gänseleber, hirschkalb (the wild shoots the senior as a hunter to some extent still self), jakobsmuschel and chocolate cake with kiwieis to dessert. the leber was a dream, tender, melted on the tonge. the sauce for it a pleasure, as well as the potato puree. my brain calf was on the point, beautiful pink, also totally tender, which should be congratulated on it. the clam dish of my mother also excellent, even here the sauce a dense. the service (which I found interesting, in the evening it was only a heart) very friendly and courteous, attentive. delicious alcohol-free aperitif, wine tasty, water good. the device doesn't exactly match my gusto, but it doesn't hurt the delicious food....

the johannas is a restaurant with claim. you can recognize that the selection of the foods, of the species and wise how they are draped and of the praises that are surely a challenge for the opposite in which the restaurant lies. So, it's not overpriced, but it's high-priced, and that's why the quality isn't so good. my eating there was completely in order, only it did not reach the claim that was triggered by the 30 eur. but we start from the beginning. in the courtyard of the johannas you can sit on a lukewarm early evening. the waiters understand their craftsmanship, but could be a bit more attentive.
