Jamie's Italian Brighton

I really like Jamie Oliver (or at least what I have seen on tv of him over the years).

Lovely staff food The decor was a little dated unkempt The ambiance isn’t for me as it is mainly families with a lot of young children.

Went here with the family to have lunch and got a nice table next to the kitchen. We had 2 bottles of house prosecco (not bad) and appetizers to share Voir le carte

We were well looked after and the food choice and quality was very good. However, the price of wine was very expensive for a not particularly high quality bottle of rose.

standard jamie farewell good as usual on very busy brighton marathon calendering space was full and blooming but tables were kept on a managable level, so the personal could be attentive.

really disappointing, as well as the pate when our net arrived, I asked for a glass of wine to supplement my meal. the waitress I asked was upset that I asked her for it, and without surprise, the drink never came. I read some really bad reviews in this restaurant, but I and my partner gave it a chance. a mistake. Voir le carte

a big party of us came over an hour too late for marathon events. the team was fantastic to meet our needs and welcome us pleasantly. very back to say the service was better than eating, and eating was nice. big reminders on the day of the event and this team of brighton jamie oliver rounded off just great! thank you.

we went to the 13th. I know it was the night before the marathon, so we were there so that my man could fill up on pasta for the next day. but it was so busy. I think we forgot a few times before we asked the waitress. we waited 45 minutes for our starter, then another 50 minutes for our main. if it wasn't for the fact that it was already late and my people had to eat, I would run out.

Atmosphere good, staff friendly. Although food arrived hot, the pasta was crunchy and still raw throughout. On one of our dishes, it was sliced steak, and when asked what it came with? We were told rice. Ten minutes later the waiter came back to explain it actually came with pasta. When the steak arrived there was no pasta in sight. When asked where's the pasta, they said it doesn't come with anything. Therefore we ended up ordering chips. By the time the chips arrived our guest had virtually finished their steak. Voir le carte
