This restaurant is fantastic. The food is excellent, especially the oysters. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect score of 5.

Food execution good. Desserts options limited. Service good, tables a bit cramped together. Decent enough, but plenty of room for improvement. Price per person: £80–90 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Food is nice but the portions are super small plus the stuff could be nicer but I think they are understaffed, as everyone and the service is quite slow. Overall wouldn’t recommend Price per person: £20–30

I had a wonderful evening tonight at this restaurant. The service was well-timed and the food was excellent, especially the Bream ceviche, the belly pork, and the sides of hispi cabbage and broccoli. I would gladly recommend this place and hope to return again.

It's a lively place and the service is good but if you are expecting good quality home cooked food then this is not for you. This is really a fast food restaurant creating an image for quality chef cooking. Prices for an average meal is about £50 a head which is fine for good food but this just isn't. We would not return. Amazing!Search an understatement, we visited for a combined birthday meal and redeem gift vouchers. the service and greeting were very warm, and the staff knowing about the available food was impressive and informative. such a creative and varied menu that bursts with fantasies taste. a wonderful place to enjoy a summer evening on a dach terrace in brighton. many thanks to all in flint house, we will return soon

Absolutely fantastic food, service was amazing, didn’t get the name of our server but he was Brazilian and the BEST! The food is tapas style and a few great things, so order lots. Our faves were the potatoes, the salmon, steak and cod, the broccoli and the squash! Toilets are upstairs so not disabled or pram friendly but otherwise ground floor and first floor levels of dining. I had an amazing experience at The Flint House. Everything from the ambiance to the service to the delicious food was top-notch. The corn fritters were especially delicious and I highly recommend them. I had requested in advance for them to wish my partner a happy birthday when we arrived, and not only did they do that, but they surprised her with a complimentary fudge dessert with a candle. The service was excellent and we felt very well taken care of. I highly recommend trying this restaurant when you're in Brighton. We went to Flint House for a work dinner and were impressed by the lovely setting, with cozy lighting and music. We opted for the Chef's Menu, a 5-course meal, and some of us also chose the wine pairing. Every dish was delicious, and we highly recommend this menu, especially with the wine pairing. It was a memorable experience. The only issue was that our booking was for a 2.5-hour slot, which felt a bit tight with the 5-course menu. We had to be moved to another table 10 minutes before our time was up to make room for another reservation, but we were able to stay at an empty table downstairs as long as we wanted. A 3-hour slot may have been more appropriate for a 5-course meal. Despite this...
