Popped in for lunch with my daughter. Friendly welcome and friendly staff. The food was great and we were stuffed and had to take a doggy bag. Milkshakes are awesome my daughter said! Good value too. You will need about 20min just to go through the huge menu

Family run local business. Booked in advance as the place is popular on a Saturday. Very COVID safe. Large choice of beef and chicken burgers, hot dogs and fries how ever you like them. Food was awesome and filling. Brilliant service and very friendly. This restaurant has the best burgers for miles and the selection is amazing! It's rare to find so many options in one place, making it hard to decide what to order. We tried the traditional American Burger, a chili jam burger, and a crispy chicken burger, all of which were fantastic. The fries and onion rings were also delicious. The family-run business is very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be returning soon!

Firstly, I sent an email enquiry before our visit and the response to that was a good indicator of the high level of customer service you can expect to receive here. The menu looked amazing and we were not disappointed! We had a burger, ribs and some sides to share and every mouthful was a delight! We had a brilliant experience here and I would highly recommend it to anyone. We would definitely return if in the area again. Thank you.

We recently celebrated our grandson's birthday at this restaurant and were extremely pleased with the amazing food and staff. The owner went above and beyond to ensure that my wife, who has celiac disease and requires gluten-free food, had her meals separate from the rest of the party. Despite having to cater for 11 adults and 7 children, the staff handled it without any issues. We have visited this restaurant a few times now and each experience has been fantastic. I visited the restaurant on a weekday evening. There was only one other small table occupied. We received a warm welcome from a lady, who then disappeared. The menu had a wide variety of options, but many items were not available, which was disappointing. When trying to order a dish with goat cheese, we were told it was too expensive to purchase. I ordered a premium gin and tonic, but it was served warm as they had run out of ice and lime due to not receiving a delivery. Best meat and plant based menu I’ve come across. Want to give a big shout out to the team at Jack n Grills. Wife and I are plant based and a lot of our friends are not. The burger and dog menu is the most extensive I’ve come across in the UK, for both meat and plant based cuisine. And their seasoned fries are spot on. I had the mega plant burger and Wifey had a crushed vegetable burger. We were told the chilli jams they use are home made. And I believe them, because it tasted far too good to have come from one of those “Pub Catering Suppliers” that’s for sure. Others ordered meat burgers and they looked amazing. I’ve eaten in a lot of burger joints and smoke houses across the US and UK. This place is on a par with the best I have eaten in. As we are in the UK, if you know restaurants like Almost Famous, Bleeker St, Flank or Burger Beyond then this place is on a par or better than those guys. If Five Guys is your idea of the ultimate burger, then you need to go to Jack n Grill and they will re-educate you. It’s a family restaurant and while the decor/set up is basic (don’t expect to see guitars or Canoes hanging off the walls like typical US style eateries) the welcome is superb with friendly staff and locals and good music.
