"We had dinner here twice during our stay in Schliersee, and we weren't disappointed.The pork knuckle was very tender with crispy skin, delicious. We also had the roast duck & salmon, both were fantastic, so tender and very tasty. Great atmosphere, overlooking the lake, service was terrific and the prices very reasonable. Would go back again ! Dinner for 2 plus 1 beer and wine was 50Euro, very reasonable."

Such good food and service (thank you Elena) that we (6 friends) came back twice in a week. The English translations of the menu are worth visiting for, but the quality and quantity of the food will bring you back anyway as it is the best in Schliersee.

Although this restaurant specialises in (fresh water) fish, we all chose different meat dishes. The beef steak was excellent as was the pork. All meals were large servings and were very good valueThe service was very good and friendly without being obtrusive. Our waitress spoke a little English and with our little German we got through well. They do have an English menu.
