Food is always great, takeaway or eating in. I wouldn't go anywhere else when I want a good indian meal. Definitely recommend the place and I love their Chicken Tikka Balti, best dish, very flavourful, not too hot either.

This place is great for a casual dinner with great food and lovely service. We use them quite regularly for take away as well and we really like the food there. Definitely recommend their naan bread and their Chicken Tikka Balti

While visiting the area from the canal with friends from the South Coast, we were impressed by the food and service at Herbs & Spice. Although we initially did not receive a response when trying to book a table, we eventually got a call back from the restaurant. Our evening was fantastic and made even more enjoyable by dining here.

As a vegan in a town, vegan fast food can be hard to come by. Also to mention, I haven’t eaten Indian food since being vegan as I find it difficult as traditionally ghee is used in most dishes. To my absolute delight, I discovered Herbs and Spices have an amazing extensive vegan menu! Food was absolutely delicious and portion sizes were big! I had a vegan korma and my mum had vegan masala. I couldn’t recommend more highly. Food was delivered on time, still very hot and the lady who delivered was so pleasant and friendly. I have definitely discovered my new local Indian. Thank you so much! Can’t wait to try the other dishes.

We had our first meal/takeaway from here tonight as we thought we would give it a try. Our bench mark order is prawn puree and an other starter to share, chicken pathia, peshwari naan, chicken Rogan Josh and pilau rice when we try somewhere new. We were not disappointed at all, the chicken was tender and plenty of it, the puree was just how we like it and the chicken chat puree was lovely. Rogan Josh was flavourful and the weird one I like, the pathia was spot on. The guys were lovely and thorough, checking everything was right before we took our order away. Well done guys lovely food, definitely be having a try of the other things on the menu. Voir le carte
