The staff at this restaurant is fantastic and provides excellent service!

Food good service a little abrupt but staff are busy and don’t feel this was aimed at us enjoyed my night and no issues

This restaurant was a waste of money. The food was cold and expensive, with tiny portions. We were constantly asked if we wanted to order more, which defeats the purpose of an all-you-can-eat restaurant. I would not spend $23.95 at this place again. Definitely avoid it. Voir le carte

Delicious food, everything we ordered appeared freshly cooked and piping hot! Staff were very attentive to our table, the restaurant was very busy but service was fast. My first time visiting but we will definitely return again, would definitely recommend. Lovely setting too :

My partner and I had a wonderful meal tonight. The food was piping hot and tasty. Best Chinese meal in a long time. Their vegetarian options were superb and full of flavour. The staff were friendly, efficient and professional. Definitely going to be our local...restaurant now. Well recommended.

Terrible experience at the Great Wall. Went with a group of 16 and waiters deliberately avoided our table. We were questioned when ordering more food (bearing in mind it is supposed to be an 'all you can eat ' . The chicken with the mains was massively...undercooked wuth a rubber texture and i threw up after. £21.95 per person. It is an absolute rip off Voir le carte

We've been going to this restaurant when we want a really good treat and we're never let down. The staff are all helpful and polite and, because they're human and occasionally forget things, they're always very apologetic and quick to rectify any mistakes. The food...is always of a very high quality. We once went to a different Chinese buffet restaurant in Gosport because this one was fully booked. Never again. We remain a Great Wall family.

starters were bad quality. not all the courts ordered arrived. crispy duck was like boiled pig. separate service we ordered 3 portions rice between 5 persons for the main course. only a small bowl has appeared. enough rice for one. we ordered more, but had. most meal times finished before more rice were delivered. the personal has not been interested in solving problems. has ordered another beer, it had come so long, it came with the bill! portions were all small, and bad quality.

Three of us arrived at 1850 without booking. The restaurant was full but we were made welcome on the basis that we would just have a main course and leave by 2000. Just what we wanted and their positive approach meant that they sold three...more covers. The restaurant is on the first floor with good views across Portsmouth harbour. Service was good and attentive, the food hot and well cooked and the prices reasonable. I was particularly glad to see that all the staff were continuing to wear masks. Not a “memorable or outstanding “ meal, so 4 stars not 5, but we would return again. Recommended. Voir le carte
