"Yesterday after a long walk around Naples we went to this bar (knowing a supermarket that we really like) to have a pleasant and above all peaceful aperitif. We came across the worst experience of our lives and we have been there all over the world! We sit down, the waitress arrives and doesn 't even say good evening to us and doesn 't bring the menu in a hasty way. Do you want to order... we asked for the menu (all consumed in my opinion), chose a drink... we order two negronis and two cokes, they arrive two half empty glasses, we point out that we have never seen negronis so the girl tells us look that in other places they screw you and these are real quantities (without knowing that we are the bar tender and we know how to make a negroni) oh well take mine drink and very annoyed she pours it into a smaller glass saying with a look now you 're happy ... my friend and I are in shock, not used to a customer being treated like a nuisance, in the meantime the waitress arrives throwing the receipt on the table please it 's €28 .. we say we can consume in peace and then we pay, she doesn 't because I have to leave and finish my shift (spoiler never left), disgusted by the situation and feeling that they want to throw us out we drank these negronis (so to speak, why don 't we it was well done) and we left with the feeling that one goes out and wants to relax but instead finds rudeness and mistreatment for no reason.. I would also like to leave a message to waitress if you don 't like working with people and don 't know how to handle customers, find another place where you will be at peace with yourself because you work with people with a smile and kindness, and if you want to be a professional, remember that hair can never be let down who serves food and drinks because it is a work etiquette. As a manager owner, I would say you have a nice place that bears the name of a large supermarket, take care of it well also because there is no better word-of-mouth advertising!"

Great pizza's really nice staff who speak english, nice quiet location. They also do a great coffee and pastry for breakfast. Open for lunch too. They will even customise your pizza for you. Was in Naples three days, went back every morning and night. Voir le carte

Overall it would be a 5 star place, there are excellent products and the wine shop is really well stocked. I only give 3 stars because I find it inconceivable that at 6.15pm you can't have an aperitif at the bar and you can't enjoy something in the wine shop.

Very elegant place..... finely furnished... with hundreds of wine labels...... kind and highly qualified staff.... unfortunately the cuisine is too elaborate..... very exotic and not very appealing in its flavours. ... especially in Naples..... excessively high prices for the minimal quantities of food..... Personally I won't go back..... obviously it's my thought....YOU try it too!!!!
