The restaurant has an interesting and unique atmosphere. The service is prompt and delightful. The food is delicious. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

The food is very good. I had Chicken breast and the the dauphinoise potato was tasty as was the red cabbage. The red wine, smoked bacon and tarragon gravy was delicious. The pub has been nicely done up and it was a good experience all round.

We visited on Saturday evening to celebrate my sisters birthday. The food and service was absolutely wonderful and we can’t thank Jill enough for how well she looked after us. Really recommend for any big get together and look forward to visiting again soon. Voir le carte

This was my 3rd visit to The Gomshall Mill since it was under new ownership. On every occasion we haven't been able to fault the food, but on every occasion the service is just too slow!!! The last visit it took an hour for someone to take our order, not good enough sadly to inspire me to return any time soon.

First time we'd been here under the current owners what a fabulous meal! We had the prawns to share they were gorgeous and the batter was really light and crispy. The pork belly was our main of choice and that was delicious. The service was great, the background music was subtle and mellow. Thank you Gomshall Mill we'll be back!

Stopped off for a drink and some lunch on a beautiful autumnal drive through the Surrey hills. We hadn’t booked. They were very busy. We were looked after, had a seat at the bar, waited patiently for a table and rewarded with one by the fire . Staff Checked how our meals were. The best experience of the meal was the ambiance and comfort. The Gallery is very tastefully refurbished and decorated. However, the meal was average and was surprised that the chicken and tarragon pie was served with a red wine gravy… far too rich for the subtle taste of the pie. The only veg apart from mash was cabbage. This is most unusual these days not to have another green or root veg. Service pleasant but a bit slow. I will return as live locally.

We have a daughter studying at Surrey University and decided to treat her to Sunday lunch before taking her back to her accommodation. I made a reservation two weeks in advance and we were lucky to secure a table as the restaurant was very busy. The service was welcoming, the food was excellent, the atmosphere was inviting, and the prices were very reasonable. We particularly enjoyed the generous portions of Yorkshire pudding and the delicious bread and butter pudding. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.

We had a work lunch with a large group at this restaurant. We were very impressed with the welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, delicious food, and great drinks. Despite the size of our group, everything was top-notch. My pork terrine starter was especially tasty, served with a homemade piccalilli. I opted for dauphinois potatoes instead of cheddar mash with the duck leg, and it was absolutely delicious. The restaurant has done a fantastic job of revitalizing the space, which used to be dark and shabby. It was packed for a midweek lunch, so making a reservation in advance is recommended. Voir le carte
