Goat - Menu

Had a fantastic night here. Food was delicious, imaginative, and really good fun. Some great cocktails as well. Service was faultless. A real gem of a place.

I came here with two friends for the Tuesday 7 course taster menu. The service from the waiter was excellent, made to feel really welcome and he was very friendly and attentive. Every course was delicious. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back very soon:

The pub is tired and really grubby and the service overall was pretty dreadful. We had the so called pizza’s and they were truly disgusting! In fact they were so bad I can confirm that they were without doubt the very worst pizza’s we have ever experienced! It will come as absolutely no surprise that we will never return!

Amazing evening celebrating a 30th birthday in the lower mezz and crypt. Had 60 guests for drinks and canapés and it couldn’t have been a better evening the cocktail trees were a particular hit so would highly recommend! Big thanks to Mason, Aaron, Charlene and team for wonderful bespoke service on the night and in planning the event!

This used to be an amazing restaurant now it’s just horrible we sat down saw the food coming from the dirty kitchen uninterested staff basic menu we asked what had happened to the place and were told the restaurant was under new ownership NOT FOR the better we paid £5 for the water we had ordered for the table and left do not go here the place smells terrible so many good restaurants in the area these idiots won’t last long

Even though they were busy they fitted me in on my own downstairs, though there were two empty tables on ground floor. Host was friendly and the service was rapid and friendly. The lamb and cheddar pie came quickly and was delicious, though over salted. The potato dish came a little later heavily over salted and way too much garlic in the sauce. Prices were average for the area and the crowd was buzzing. It’s come a long way from the seedy pub this place once was, but the chef needs to seriously reduce the salt content which spoiled otherwise god dishes.

The menu did not match the online menu and was dated 2023,as is the one online. The dishes for sharing were small even for one person and at a 15 pound plus charge not good value. Two of my party had cold food and although we were given the option of having it reheated ,we should not have had to sit without food while the rest of the party ate. Also the room was very cold,we were offered another table but that area was equally cold . These things are page one. I would not recommend The Goat. I did not have a good experience and I would not return. Sorry!!!

Popped over to Chelsea to a awesome venue Restaurant and bar ‘ the Goat’ and I was seriously surprised . A fantastic bar area and service from the barman recommending I try some drinks before a buy ‘ a brandy and a vegan wine’ then the menu came over and the T-born steak just stood out on the menu to me. What can I say just awesome’ never order this bad boy for One It’s a 2 person job from start to finish. The goat chefs know how to cook a good steak so just trust them to get it right first time. This restaurant also make great pizzas to order. It was a good atmosphere and one of Sw10’s ‘Chelsea’s places to be. The Goat is rocking and makes you want to stay longer or making dates to go back....

From the moment we arrived I have to say the service was pretty terrible. It was a shame because they had contacted me via Instagram inviting me and my friends in for free pizza, we were really looking forward to it. We booked to watch the rugby too as the restaurant had advertised they were showing the games on the big screens.
