"Food with little flavor, I ordered a tomato soup and it was very liquid and only tasted like cream. Flavorless carbonara. The worst thing is that I was still eating the soup and they had brought the main course and I was still halfway through the soup and they didn't take it back. They left it on the table. Ich gehe seit vielen Jahren nach Leukerbad und gehe immer wieder gerne ins Giardino. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut. Besonders mag ich die Pizzas, aber es empfiehlt sich auch etwas von der Karte zu nehmen. Die Einrichtung gefällt mir auch und das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Obwohl das Restaurant relativ gross ist, ist es eigentlich fast immer gut gefüllt. Es ist ein sicherer Wert um in Leukerbad gut zu speisen.

"Food drinks: Ich war gestern erst das erste Mal im Waldhaus zum Abendesse, obwohl ich schon seit 10 Jahren regelmässig ins Leukerbad komme. Von nun an werde ich definitiv bei jedem Aufenthalt ein Abend im Waldhaus mit einplanen. Alle Inhaber und auch die Bedienung waren einfach nur spitze. Wir fühlten uns gleich äusserst willkommen. Das Essen und auch die Weinkarte waren klasse. Alles war einfach absolut Stimmig, daher waren wir auch fast die Letzten welche gegangen sind. Danke für einen wundervollen Abend ich komme wieder!"

"Restaurant Weidstuebli is about a 45 minute uphill hike from Leukerbad, but you are rewarded with amazing views. In wintertime, I guess you can ski right up to it. There's a large terrace area and an indoor area. The food was more or less normal Walliser specialities and Swiss food, but it was well prepared. I had the Walliser sausage (like a salami), and my wife really enjoyed (for once) her salad with, I think it was Goat's cheese? It was relatively full for lunch even in the middle of the week, so on weekends I'd definitely book. Service was also efficient and friendly, and the prices weren't crazy for a mountain Stübli."

"Returning on the basis of their card, we were welcomed in the best way, even though we had not reserved. Taking an order and an aperitif later, we tasted dishes of very high quality and with a touch of originality that we really liked. All in a modern and chic setting but without bling bling, warm thanks to the chalet side of its internal envelope. A place that my daughter named Best restaurant of our vacation in Leukerbad ."

"Thank you very much. I would not expect to find good Chinese restorant in middle of Swiss Alps. And here it is. We had probably the best shrimps dumplings in a long time. The eggplant with the sweet souce and Pekin ducks were very tasty. The service is fast and helpful, speaking many languages. If you like the Chinese food Highly recommend it. Thanks again. "Abbiamo cenato e abbiamo scelto le raclette. La formula "a discrezione" non mi è piaciuta affatto, in teoria ne mangi quanto ne vuoi, in realtà ti versano una fettina di formaggio (che io mangio in 30secondi) e poi devi aspettare che ritorni il cameriere e te ne verso un'altra e così via... praticamente 2 ore per mangiare 5/6 fettine di raclette! Dovrebbero fare porzioni molto più abbondanti, oppure permetterti di versartelo da solo quando hai finito... il costo è elevatissimo, più alto che qui a Ginevra! Personale gentile"
