5/5 great traditional pub grub! Special shout out on the garlic prawn starter. Hosts were very friendly. Pub was very clean

Sunday roast was superb. Best we've had at a country pub for a long time. Staff friendly and also has a lovely little garden for kids to run around in.

Lucky enough to find this gem when we were staying up the road at Butlin’s. Lovely owners managed to squeeze us in for a carvery on a Sunday. Food was amazing, service was amazing. Highly recommend! Voir le carte

Just had a fantastic Sunday roast. Beef and chicken .)What a spread.Large portions and a gravy boat !!!!!!!Very helpful and friendly staff who could not do enough for you. Busy but not noisy with a nice level background music. Would highly recommend this for a Sunday lunch. Brilliant.

We have recently visited this pub for lunches out a few times recently. Cannot recommend it enough! Very friendly staff, fantastic menu and delicious home cooked food. Pics of steak and ale pie. Chicken in Stilton cream sauce and steak and kidney suet pudding. We struggled with the large portions!

Had a fantastic lunch today at The George at Felpham. New menu plus a specials board so hard to choose from so many dishes! Beautifully freshly cooked and presented. Piri spirits chicken skewers with salad on flat bread and chips, new York chicken, coleslaw and chips, 3 lamb chops with veg and new potatoes £17. Only complaint was portions of chips too huge but all delicious! Voir le carte

Lovely cosy place, like being in someone’s front room. We had the Sunday roast for the first time. Not disappointed. Food was devious, piping hot and lots of it. They went the extra mile for me, being vegan, made a solo vegan gravy and stuffing balls. The wellington was delicious. Lesley the land lady is very pleasant and welcoming . We have since been back for drinks and food. Great place. Roast a bargain at £14

Excellent lunch for the Family over the Easter weekend (10 of Us We arrived and were promptly seated the carvery was of generous portions with an option of beef turkey or pork homemade gravy and lots of veg and roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding a good selection of desserts on offer sticky toffee pudding cherry crumble chocolate brownies and ice cream all the family enjoyed the staff are excellent and attentive a great place to eat THANKYOU FROM THE HUGHES FAMILY SOUTH WALES

Everything about our visit was amazing. The welcome from the staff behind the bar, the varied choice of food, the service was fantastic. This pub is clearly very popular with the locals but as outsiders we were made to feel so welcome. The barman overheard our chat about wishing we had brought a pack of cards and next minute he has produced a pack of cards for us. The lady was exceptionally friendly and took great care of us. I was torn between the sausage and mash in a giant Yorkshire pudding or the chicken and ham pie. I was delighted when both needs were met!!! See picture! 150% recommend. Voir le carte
