I had a very enjoyable birthday celebration with my family at this restaurant. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely amazing food and amazing service, loved the whole place, staff are so friendly and polite, definitely be going there again!

Great experience, my daughter has coeliac disease so worries about eating out. They had a great gluten free menu our waitress went out of her way to make my daughter feel at ease. We will definitely be returning!

the service received was excellent as it was fast to get food from the order. eating was hot and the portions were more than sufficient and the staff was very polite. I would recommend frankie benny in eastleigh to everyone.

the server looked extremely on details about allergies. everything was explained to us, I didn't even have to ask first. I am so impressed and hope that all restaurants will have this awareness soon. we could enjoy eating without worrying. Thank you.

eat well, service terrible. we were here with the family, we were 30 minutes early, so server said we could sit, but would have to wait up to 2 our shipped time before we served, never known before. we asked if we could have drinks, and after ten minutes they took our order, but it was 10 minutes before we got them. placed food order a5unsere prescribed time that came to eat and it was really good. they forget the pfeffer grain sauce, but that came when we asked. had to wait for a particularly long time until my enkelin eis came, had to ask twice. Latest visit, April 2022,for an early evening meal. Not very busy at the time of our visit , but a steady increase in customers while we were there. Very good service. Meals served very quickly, hardly any waiting.. Enjoyable visit. A Sunday evening (October 2019) and a visit with the family. Food was not as good as previous visits , very disappointing and have lowered my rating. Sirloin steak meal poor. No complaints about the staff. Drinks usually slow to arrive, delays after ordering and time to arrive at table. The previous return visit was made at lunchtime when the food and service were satisfactory.
