"We spent a night in St Andrews and chose The Dolls House for dinner and had a fantastic evening. Garry and Kathryn really looked after us and made sure we had everything we needed. We had the crab bhajis and the duck to start, followed by the monkfish and prawn curry and the venison mince and dumplings for the main. All were fab, very tasty. For dessert we had the cheese which was very generous in size and the tiramisu which incorporated a lovely coffee sorbet. Kathryn recommended the Dolls Fizz cocktail which definitely hit the spot and a lovely Espresso Martini at the end finished it off! The live music was great and it was nice to see the customers interacting with the band. Would thoroughly recommend this lovely restaurant and can't wait to go back!"

Great little find, we were served by Garry. He was an absolute delight, great banter and great menu knowledge. We had just come in from the cold and we’re kind offered the seats closest to the radiators so we could warm up. We had the chicken schnitzel the monkfish curry which were amazing. We will be back.

We happened up this gem of a restaurant whilst walking round St Andrews on a busy friday night. Despite no reservation we were welcomed with open arms and a gleaming smile. Upon being seated we chose from the small but well condidered menu. The food was fabulous and very reasonably priced too. Thoroughly recommended.

We had a terrible meal here a few moments ago. The food was really poor. We ordered crab bhajis which did not taste like any crab. Wasabi Sesame Chicken Schnitzel did not have any wasabi or sesame. It has mayonnaise and some strange brown sauce. Not recommended at all. Really surprising to see all the positive reviews.
