The curry had no flavor and the naan bread was also bland. The only decent part of the meal were the poppadoms. Overall, not worth it.

First time visit, needed a QR scanner to see menu, no drinks licence, unfriendly welcome despite making reservation online, not advisable. Only plus side food was excellent pity I was outside my comfort zone.

The delivery was delayed by an hour and the food arrived cold. The chicken was tough, the rice was soggy, and the dishes lacked flavor, being overly greasy. There was also no response when trying to contact them about the late delivery. It was not worth the money spent. I recommend going to Rajas in Bakewell instead. This is my second visit to this amazing restaurant. The first time, I came with a group of friends. This time, my wife missed out on the experience and had serious FOMO (fear of missing out). I tried the Handi dish, which was highly recommended by our waiter "TT", and I was not disappointed. The portion sizes were generous and the service was excellent, with TT promptly attending to all our needs. It's worth mentioning that this restaurant is unlicensed to sell alcohol, so they have a bring-your-own policy.

I enjoyed a delicious curry dinner at Curry Cottage At Lovers Leap last night! The food and service were excellent. They have a good selection of vegetarian options. There are a few parking spots outside the restaurant, and a carpark 50 yards down the road on the left. The atmosphere was great, and I highly recommend dishes like Butter Chicken, Pickle Tray, Curry Chicken, and Onion Bhaji. Vegetarians will find a large selection of dishes to choose from.
