Rang an order through, was ready on time and everything was right with it. Food was hot and we got given free salt n pepper chicken wings which were really good.

Lovely food. Great people, service is fast and friendly. My family love it. The curry is my daughter's favorite. Chop suey rolls lush. Popular place, often packed but service is very fast.

Well known for the generous amount of chips per portion. Chinese food good . Mainly purchase fish and chips, value for money. Always busy at teatime! Which is a good sign. Does not open at lunchtimes. Voir le carte

I tried some food from this restaurant, including some chips and Chinese dishes. Everything was okay and I plan on returning. My kids really enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken and the salt and pepper wings.

Called in one Saturday night for tea, very friendly fast service, plenty of choice on the menu from Chinese to English dishes. The chippy was busy so goes to show how good it is. Will definitely be calling again.

We couldn't decide what to have for dinner, so we chose to get takeout from our favorite Chinese restaurant. We ordered sweet and sour chicken with a side of half rice and half chips. The portions were generous as always, and the service was very fast. The food was delicious as well. Voir le carte

We visited very close to closing time and the staff couldn't be more accommodating. The premises were exceptionally clean, the chips were fresh crisp and delicious and the haddock served was incredibly tender. Also portions were generous and good value. Highly recommended! Well done Hollytree!

I had a great experience at the Local Chippy. The young man working there was very efficient at taking orders, and our food was always nice. The chips were particularly delicious. However, I found the fish to be odd, tasteless, and thick, possibly indicating that it was frozen. The batter was overly cooked. Despite this, I plan on visiting regularly, but I will be avoiding the fish supper.

Ordered a take away at 6.40 pm and told 10/15 minutes . Arrived at 7.05pm and gave order number in. Still no food at 7.25 pm when lady queried order , she hurried away and came out of basement with box of frozen king prawns, order ready 6 minutes later. She then said it was girl behind counter fault as she had not said my order number. The young girl asked my number when I arrived and went behind to tell. It is obvious they give you a number but don't start cooking until you arrive to collect. Very disappointed Voir le carte
