"Had been to this restaurant today. The response from the staff who was sitting in the reception was worst. There was no smile or welcome gesture from him when we have entered. We have started to order some food from the menu, the same person said to us we need to order at least one main course and a starter per person. He was not letting us to choose what we need. He was having a angry face throughout the conversation. By looking at his rude behaviour we asked him are you ok to serve food for us. He has asked us have you been to any restaurants before? Finally we had to walk out from restaurant because of his worst behaviour towards customers. This is the worst experience I ever had in UK Bangladesh restaurant."

Lovely takeaway while camping. Delivered to the campsite as per my instructions. Called when 2 minutes away so I could meet the driver at the entrance. Will use again when visiting. Thank you.

First time ordering. Order arrived before expected, and it was all hot and well labelled to be able to see what was what. I had the chicken rahmi and it was absolutely delicious. Would definitely order again.

I have always ordered from spice cottage and never had any problems in the past. But my food arrived 30 minutes late, even though it was pre ordered 9 hours early. The chicken masala wasn't edible, as it tasted of pure salt.

This place is the worst service I’ve ever had at restaurant. Arrived on a Monday evening as party of 2, with there only being 2 small parties in the restaurant, but a steady flow of takeaway orders were being made. After ordering our main meal, we were left waiting there for an hour. It felt like we weren’t recognised as customers in the restaurant. Decided to walk out after an hour of waiting to be told by employee that it would only be a few more minutes when we were told that 10 minutes beforehand. They didn’t make us pay for the popadoms and drinks, but this made us assume that actually in reality our food was nowhere near being ready.
