"I will never visit this restaurant again. When I arrived, there were no staff present and no clear indication of where to find my room key. The reception area was locked, and I had to wait until another guest helped me access the information sheet in his room. I called the duty manager, who arrived promptly and sorted out the key situation. However, someone had already taken my assigned room, so I was given an upgrade to a different room. Unfortunately, the TV didn't work and the curtain was falling off. The bar and restaurant were only open for weddings and events, and breakfast consisted of instant oats and jam left in the room. I used to enjoy staying at this hotel, but this experience has changed my opinion. I give it one star overall, with two stars for the room and two stars for the location. It's a shame to see the decline of what used to be a great place."
