We ordered two different burgers afterwards and they were both a little bit dry, especially buns. Wine was good, dessert was delicious. Unfortunately, the aftertaste after paying £12 for 3 scallops ruined everything.. left £80 per two in the restaurant, we wish it was a little bit more value for this money."

Very expensive for ordinary food. Decor gives the impression if a cafe. It's time Filey had Greg's or Mcdonald. Lack of serious competition.

Nice restaurant inside however the so called disabled toilet wasn 't big enough for a wheelchair user! Food was overpriced for a very greasy fish goujon and chips.

The food is so reliable in terms of standards. The seafood menu is great. We had the mussels which were really tasty. A bit pricey at almost £19 for a main course, but plenty of them. The pizzas are fantastic. Nice base and toppings. The service is always good. Very friendly.

Booked a dinner at Charlottes with my family. The main course was ok but very disappointed with my biscoff cheesecake.This was a tiny portion for £7.95! Also my mother ordered a Margarita cocktail and was never asked if she wanted salt on the rim. A disappointing visit and way over priced now.

The food was good but allergies could be listened to better. Despite asking several times whilst ordering my food arrived with things on that I'm allergic to. Upon pointing this out to the waiter who didn't seem very bright, they took it in the kitchen and simply removed the allergens. As a result I left hungry

Exceptional food friendly service, steak cooked to perfection rare and medium rare ! Fish pie was the best I’ve ever eaten pork belly didn’t disappoint crispy and tasty ! Kids loved the grazing menu (tapas style gluten free options across the menu which was much welcomed for one of our party ! Definitely visit if you are in Filey

First impressions count so passing this business a couple of hours before it opened I was amazed to see through the side windows old chips under one table, a couple of days later a half eaten ham sandwich under a table . Hygiene and cleanliness is paramount in any establishment serving food. It was quite clear that not only had the floor not been swept properly on at least two occasions but had not been mopped either. So my intention to visit for a meal was quickly cancelled.
