The dishes were table, but there were time differences between the first and the last table, probably for reasons of capacity in the kitchen. My Black Angus Burger, which I first critically anesthetized because the cheese pane had not run, proved to be solid, delicate, juicy, tasty, first together with the Newcastle Brown Ale; the dishes of my family, a really delicate rumpsteak, gnocchi in Basilikum cream, or salmon fillet in dill cream sauces were all Mediterranean with them. So the Chaplin has left a good impression with me: you sit comfortably, the card offers a nice bandwidth without being too big, the service is friendly and the food tastes!"

good quality perfectly prepared steaks at a low price. beautiful ambiente with fried employees. we present ourselves at least once a week and so far it has always been a pleasant experience.

Waren gestern zum Gambas Abend da. Super leckere Gambas, genau nach unserem Geschmack. Auch die Dips und Ofenkartoffel top. Schönes und sauberes Ambiente. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auch. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letztemal da. Nächstesmal probieren wir mal die Steaks.

we just stumbled on this wonderful steak house because the tapas restaurant we planned to visit was closed. (madrid, no longer in business. we were greeted by a friendly and helpful waiter who made our meal a real tasty bite. the steaks were perfectly cooked and. in the mouth melted. delicious chocolate dessert. around a great culinary experience!

although the chaplin ́s is far from home, we visit twice in the year. the journey is worth definitiw. it is still the best steakhouse in Germany hands down. also well made steaks are served juicy, tasty and in perfect condition....The meat and the chef should be forgiven! the service is perfect, the restaurant neat, the menu extensive and the prices are fair. do visit, thank you.

Das Essen ist lecker und die Getränke ebenfalls. Keine Frage. Aber: Alles andere ist schon eine Frechheit. All you Can eat Gambasw heißt woanders schüsselweise Gambas auf Nachbestellung. Und alle Beilagen werden automatisch, ohne weitere Aufforderung geliefert. Das ist hier alles nicht der Fall. War vor 1 1/2 Wochen da und es gab pro Gang 6 Gambas auf jedem Teller. So was habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Alle am Tisch konnten es nicht glauben. Man will wohl die Gäste abzocken mit dieser Menge. Anders kann ich das nicht deuten. Sorry. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen. Woanders gibt es viel mehr fürs Geld.

Wir waren zum "Gambas-all-you-can-eat" da gewesen. Nach 20 Minuten wurden Getränke abgefragt. Gut, war relativ gut besucht. Wir wollten direkt das Essen mit bestellen, wurden aber an den anderen Kellner verwiesen, der Essen aufnimmt. OK. Alle haben das Gambas-Special bestellt. Nach ca. 30 Minuten kamen die Teller - mit jeweils 6-7 Gambas. Es musste jedes mal neu bestellt werden - und jedes mal gab es einen kleinen Teller mit 6-7 Gambas für jeden. Brot wurde auf Nachfrage gereicht - abgezählt 1 Scheibe pro Person. in dem Tempo kamen wir auf 5 Teller Gambas pro Person, da ja die Küche um 22:00 Uhr schließt. War jetzt nicht das, was ich mir unter dem Konzept "Gambas alll-you-can-eat" vorstelle....
