We were exceedingly well looked after by the waiting staff.

Staff were very friendly, food was fine all in all a very pleasent lunch with family

The lights were flickering a lot very annoying! Took about 30 minutes to be asked about drinks. Food was delicious. Voir le carte

Extensive menu and attentive service. We enjoyed the relaxed pace but there was no sitting about. Good value for the quality.

Very welcoming staff who looked after us very well. We visited for a pre-theatre meal and it was served promptly without being rushed. Always good value and this particular Café Rouge is in a great location for the theatre.

This Cafe Rouge is typically quiet and the service is very attentive. I have not had a bad experience yet, but some items are quite pricey. I would suggest checking out the new 2-course set menu, which seems to be a good value. The food is enjoyable and the restaurant decor is beautiful. Unfortunately our reservation was lost despite calling them to confirm half an hour before hand. I had to show them the email confirmation before anyone would seat us dispute not being particularly busy. They forgot to bring a childs menu and they forgot the sauces with our meals (not for the first time). Service was slow and we had 4 different servers. This seems to be typical service unfortunately. However, the food was lovely as always.

It was certainly an experience. Food was lukewarm, it took an hour from arrival before any food turned up, additional items ordered from the menu did not arrive, service was non existent throughout and despite asking for the dessert menu, 25 minutes later we were still waiting. Our waitress was apologetic but the manager avoided conflict and didn't come over to apologise. Previously our visits there have been excellent but for now we won't be returning for a while and I would recommend avoiding at all costs, especially on a Saturday night!

We booked a table at cafe rouge as we had tickets for the theatre nearby. We go to cafe rouge on a regular basis and this was our worst experience by far. The venue itself was nice, lots of glass windows and the usual cafe rouge decor. We ordered bread and olives to start, which were great, but we had issues with the main and pudding courses. We had both ordered steaks to be cooked medium, but when they arrived one was perfect and the other was very well done. They replaced it without a fuss however my partner had finished her meal before my replacement arrived. The replacement was good, but there was no reflection in the bill that we had come out for a meal together and ended up eating alon... Voir le carte
