"My husband and I were in London on a cold wet Januaryday. We booked for lunch at Cafe Rouge as we had some vouchers and were happy to receive and be shown to a warm table. The restaurant was very busy, which was a good sign. We ate from lunch specialties. I had to start the soup that made the trick and I could feel warmed up. For the main, I had the Moule frits that were delicious. My husband had the steak frites and had a delicious blackberry and apple crumbs with ice. The staff was very attentive and ensured that everything was fine several times. We were pleasantly surprised when we got the bill how reasonable it was and actually saved our money from vouchers for the next time. Nice warm atmosphere and delicious food. Would go back."

Whilst the 2 course dinner is at a good price, the quality of the food is mediocre and the service was quite slow. Restaurant was packed on a Thursday so quite loud, as expected. Overall an ok experience.

We always use cafe Rouge Hays Galleria for regular meet ups with various groups of friends. The venue is in a central convenient position, next to London Bridge, for everybody. Food is good and even better value when using the 50% discount voucher for main courses. Voir le carte

This by far the best place at Hays Galleria certainly the best value, and the food is consistently good. Staff are always pleasant. It can get busy, but on the upside, that means it's good for large groups. The wine list is right for this kind of restaurant detailed enough, and with reasonable prices.

Nice food, but bad customer service and attitude from the administration. The staff accepted our order with Cafe Rouge coupons and then, when we went to tell the bill they refused, the same vouchers we had shown them when ordering that this was because we had ordered from the set menu. Offhand attitude of management. Would have been happy to pay money for the meal if the manager had the common courtesy to apologize for his mistake.
