"Dinner with friends in this trattoria, which in reality turns out to be an excellent restaurant, where the menu offers all Roman recipes. Very nice place, with a quality service made up of many young people, all smiling and helpful. As soon as we sat down they immediately brought us water, the menu and also a basket of bread but not just any bread but rather delicious savory muffins (we got them twice! . From the menu we order a simple platter (very rich consisting of cured meats, cheeses, tripe and chicory while as the main course I take advantage of the dish of the day (meat with baked potatoes while other people decide for an amatriciana of octopus and escarole ravioli, butter acid and black truffle. All the dishes are really good and plentiful. Upon presentation of the bill we understand that the price/quality ratio is excellent. Truly recommended. I had dinner at this restaurant on a Saturday evening. All the staff were very kind in every way and we felt pampered. We listened to the waiter's advice for dinner and it was a good choice.
