I got a custom built pizza tonight to go. Absolutely perfect (thanks Tony) light crispy base and great toppings. Great idea for anyone wanting a satisfying supper and having a pint while you wait. 5*

Had the vegan nut roast and it was delicious! It’s always difficult to find places that have meat options and vegan options, so it was really nice to go somewhere with such an extensive vegan menu. The Yorkshire puddings were the highlight!

Just had meal at Beck for Jasons Birthday and of course a few drinks. Great food as usual from Aaron and super service from Kelly, Rebekah and Thom (when Thom started work! . Always great to see friends also in the bar. Credit to Joanne and Tony. Would recommend The Beck to all! Voir le carte

Heard about this place from a NE vegan group. A pub just outside Darlington with loads of vegan food? Well we drove miles to find out and weren't disappointed. Lovely food, great staff and our dog was welcomed too. It might be 65 miles further than my local but we'll still be back

they were now twice in two months for an impromptu meal. Serving large, really comprehensive menu, which is a seperate gluten-free and a vegan menu. decent real ale selection and excellent service with friendly staff. wants to return to the trips for freshly prepared eating. defo recommend

nice eating and friendly staff. had the small part of parmo hot shot that was the wise decision, as I saw the normal size part and it was huge! had also chocolate wings, that was delicious. We've been meaning to try Baydale Beck for ages and finally got here yesterday after a race in Darlington. Had a really enjoyable vegan meal from a substantial vegan menu yesterday. We were even given a discount as we had our Darlington 10k race tshirts on.the staff were knowledgable and attentive, nothing was too much bother. Thanks for catering so amazingly for vegans

I and my wife went to lunch yesterday it was a replacement of the moment selection not for years.well what a fantastic surprise we had. sa in the beer garden, I ordered triple-cheese bacon stickers and my wife asked if they had her a tuna sandwich (not on the map) she said no problem! both meal times were to die. very impressed by quality and portion size, we will definitely return very soon

beautiful eating great vegan menu, which is why we visited this pub. we went on a beautiful sunny day sitting outside in the garden and it was just beautiful. the meal delicate comesempura broccoli and hummus, and salat with apples, grapes and crispy nuts, followed by drawn jackfruit in bung with chips and tagliatelle with nuts and cherry tomatoes. it was a Fab menu, really tasty and good value. in any case recommend a visit.
