Was there after hours for cocktails with a few colleagues. Great selection, upscale prices but quality and taste to match. We will come again.

Visited here whist on business in Munich at the end of February. Food was excellent with such friendly service. The wine was first class. Will definitely return.

Was very busy took abit of time to get served but I don't expect anything less as the cocktails are fab staff are very polite and accommodating. Food was yummy defo worth the money id go back again and again Voir le carte

I had a nice dinner here with friends. Food (I had things like steak tartare, which were excellent) and wine were both very good. However, service was a bit clunky and the overall atmosphere could do with "a lift".

A fabulous restaurant in Munich with great atmosphere and food. Must return. Feels very cosmopolitan. Very elegant tradition wooden deco. Staff very friendly and the service is excellent. The Schnitzel, if you like that kind of thing, will be one to remember. Watch the prices on the alcohol -although it figures as this restaurant is situated on Munich's most expensive Avenue. Located in the famous Maximilianstraße, this bar has been an institution in the Munich bar scene for quite some time. Either hated or loved, this bar doesn't know the average, likewise valid for food and drinks.Bar München is considered by many as one of the best bars serving only high quality cocktails or wines, and also offering a fine selection of food. If you want to splurge and indulge in some decadency, this is the place for you.

We were recommended to go to the restaurant by the concierge on a night when nothing was open! We had a delightful bistro style meal. We were a bit concerned as the restaurant was largely empty and the waiter seemed shocked that we were there. There is a bar area out the back for people who simply want a drink, but the front restaurant was classic bistro style. There were only 3 people eating when we arrived, which we thought was an ominous sign. Even so, we are ever the adventurers. Generally you would like to have good service at such a fancy place where you pay upwards of 13 Euros a cocktail... I was here with friends and just wanted a drink to wind down the night. They didn't have exactly what I wanted so the guy suggested a glass of Crement. I didn't like it and tried to send it back. He wouldn't take it off the bill. I asked if he would just give me some water instead. And then he tried to charge me 8 more Euros for some water. To top it off he was rude. Surely in a place that you pay an insane amount for drinks they can handle a wash of one glass of sparkling wine. I understand it is Maximillianstr and they can charge whatever they wish.
