"Firstly, credit where credits due the food is good, takes a while and quite pricey but is nice unfortunately that’s where it ends, the place feels a bit run down which is a shame as with the right backing and encouragement has the basics to be a great town bistro bar coffee house, the service is nothing short of terrible, uninterested staff who have very little knowledge of their role, product or customer service, feels lost when you walk in with no sign of a friendly greeting more that you are a hinderence on the staff having a crack. The staff seem not to know their own rules as refusing a table of two with dogs whilst stood next to a table of two with dogs!! A shame as it could and should be so much better."

I have used Anna's for the last few years. Visited again today. We sat outside on the harbour with spectacular views. The food was lovely and the service good. Well done guys keep up the good work.

I went to Anna's over the weekend and I must say, it is a fantastic little spot. The staff are excellent and the food and cocktails are delicious. I would rate it 10/10. The location is also fantastic. Voir le carte

Nice location Our food was over fried, hard and chewy. Very expensive. Nice staff The whole menu was cheap ingredience food and was sold at very high price, nothing was homemade! We were rather disappointed.

Since moving to Cumbria on a nice Sunday morning really enjoy a walk round the harbour with digs and friends. Like to stop for a beer here, it’s a lovely spot, good selection of beer, good price, nice decor and very friendly staff.

Visited Anna’s a few week ago with friend’s for lunch and was very impressed with the food and service, so booked again to take the family and again was very impressed food was fabulous and the service was 10/10 staff very attentive. Voir le carte

This is the worst place I’ve ever been in. The staff were very inexperienced and no warm welcome. They are not professional at all. One member of staff was eating breakfast (salmon scrambles eggs and toast) in the restaurant while the other staff member told us they had no food for us... ???? The floors were filthy dirty (picture attached) the toilets were filthy also. Not by any means a warm, welcoming, clean friendly place. Very very disappointing. We will never go back.

Food was really tasty (when we eventually got it! Service was really slow and most of the waitresses were quite sour faced. They definitely forgot about our order as it took 50 minutes! When we asked where the food was the waitress was pretty snotty about it. However, when we got the food it was really flavourful and tasty. I’d definitely recommend the Cajun king prawns. Also, the cleaning spray they use stinks of bleach which ruins your food when you’re eating and it’s sprayed next to you.
