"Sorry to say, but one of the worst service experiences at a restaurant I've ever had. Ok, it was Saturday and it was very full, but this cannot be a justification. We waited 30 minutes just to bring us the wine and water. Bread never brought. Food waited 2 hours (ordered at 9pm, dishes arrived at 11pm) and when it arrived it wasn't that great. Our complaints were also responded to in an arrogant and angry manner by the owner. We almost got up and left. I'm sorry, but that's a good omen for improvement. Criticism helps you improve."
