"Respect for the customer 0, like the stars I would have liked to give for this review. We decide to book having previously been there twice for lunch and having read the excellent reviews, even if a little skeptical about the rudeness of the staff. At first the waitress comes to take our order and asks us if we have already been here and if we know how it works, but she is immediately reprimanded by one of the owners because she had to take the order of another table because there were some children”, without apologizing in the slightest for what happened and leaving us to ourselves. During the actual ordering we are offered the tasting menu. Convinced that it was only one of the possibilities, we asked if we could take individual dishes anyway, but apparently it wasn 't possible because it was very crowded. We then decide to order just a portion of mixed starters to accommodate him, and then continue with the first and second courses. When the appetizer arrived, brought by the waitress/owner, we were made a not at all nice joke about the fact that 6 of us were eating a plate of appetizers, and to our we prefer the first and second courses , his response, very little polite and with a rather annoyed tone, she was but ma 'am, I have to work, we don 't even charge a cover charge, you can 't just have a plate of appetizers for 6 . At that point, offended by the rudeness, we decide to leave. Surreal experience never experienced before. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"Really bad experience...we arrive at the restaurant at 9pm they sit us at a table for 2 and at a distance of not even 3cm there is another table where they seat another couple...it felt like we were at the table together, which is not the case on Valentine's Day the best because maybe a couple wants to be intimate for an evening...however, among one thing and another, a bit of conversation with the neighborhood was inevitable given that the evening was now becoming more and more disappointing, so we decided to have a couple laugh with themso as not to cry! Endless wait for the dishes... as already stated before we arrived at 9pm and at around 10.40pm we got up now tired of waiting! Since out of the 13 dishes we ordered, 6 will have arrived, therefore 3 dishes each! Furthermore, the first dish that arrived, after waiting for half an hour, I start to eat, and being prawns they had to be peeled so it took me a while... at a certain point the waiter takes away the plate with the stuff still to finish inside! In fact, I was already quite nervous given the long wait, and the gesture which, for heaven's sake, was certainly not done on purpose, and I respect every type of worker... I pointed it out to him and he brought the plate back to me! (Which wouldn't even be all this hygiene since I didn't even see where he had placed it, for example if he had placed it in the sink with the rest of the dirty dishes and leftovers... . During the evening we got curious, and we started reading the reviews and we were wrong not to read them immediately otherwise we would never have gone to you (since we talk about poor hygiene, mice, fines and closures of the place However, to conclude, around 10.40pm we got tired of waiting after several reminders, we got up and went to pay and they asked us for €50...which for the service they offered us, and in addition to having gone to a restaurant to leave it hungrier than before, we complained! Then they give us a discount... which in reality the discount interests us very little, based on how we were treated! However, I highly recommend DON'T GO THERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SPEND THE EVENING AT ENTEROGERMINA! And some dispassionate advice for the ownersSHUT UP!"

"Although I am very sorry for what happened, I find myself forced to respond to the response that was given to my previous review (which I have included in the attachment since it is not possible to respond to the response given to me) a response that made me even more sorry . I absolutely did not declare anything false, also because I would have no interest in doing so. Regarding what you replied: 1) the tartlets were not in the quantities I requested: I had requested 9 fruit ones and 9 mini brownies, so that there was one per guest, while I was given 16 fruit ones and 8 brownies. Furthermore, it was I who pointed out the error to the staff, not the other way around, also because initially nothing was told to me about the greater number of tartlets: it is convenient to say in hindsight that they would have been free 2) the candle was requested several times from the guy in the room, and after not bringing it to me with the cake (and I have all the photos to prove it) at the checkout he himself replied that you were without candles. 3) regarding the discount initially offered to my complaint about the wrong cake filling, I was told that only €5 would be deducted from the total; only following my further complaints made at the checkout during payment for the entire mismanagement/organization of the birthday was I offered €10, a discount which I considered in any case miserable for the treatment received 4) I was never rude to any of the waiters, I simply pointed out the things that were wrong at the cash register and not in front of the other customers, even though the mistake was yours, certainly not mine. Furthermore, I simply requested to speak to an owner about the incident, which was denied to me, while I note with great surprise that the response on the internet is very quick. I would have no reason to make false statements as you stated: I have always been a regular customer of yours since you are located a stone 's throw from the university. Perhaps you have more reason to say something false. I would have preferred to simply receive an apologetic response for how things were handled, it would certainly have been more tasteful than your rude and uncalled for response."
