"We went back to Kaiserslautern and wanted to eat a little bite at the later noon. Sushi wouldn't be bad. We put it on whether we find something spontaneously! It worked! Centrally close to the pedestrian zone, towards the old town, we discovered an Asian on the heavily driven fruit reverb road. At first we thought it was just a snack. When looking closer, we noticed that there is a division in restaurant and snack area. The restaurant is not suitable for disabled people. Service: We were kindly greeted by a young lady, the map was already on the table. Our drinks 0.2 l mineral water to € 2.10 and 1 Pils 0.33 l to € 2.90 were served quickly. When ordering the dishes a small disappointment: Miso soup is only available in the evening, Nigiri Sushi with a mussel is also not available. This was not mentioned in the menu. Otherwise, the employee was very friendly, but also after serving for a long time. Something disturbing was that she, while we ate our sushi, asked if she could cash. She had an evening. Well, our food couldn't get cold. This procedure is somewhat inappropriate. Food: We chose as an appetizer: glass noodle soup € 3,00 and hump honeycomb soup € 3,50. The soups were served nicely hot in a modern porcelain dish with porcelain spoon. However, due to the superpentane form, it was somewhat difficult to spoon. However, the bowl was suitable for drinking, we adapted and slept the rest. The vegetable ingredients of soups were nicely fresh and still crisp, the glass noodle soup would have tolerated a little more spice. The Hummerkrabb soup was clearly spicy, beautiful with lemongrass. I was looking for lobster taste. I forgot: Hummerkrabben are mostly frozen at Asians, so it was here too. For the price but both soups ok. As the main course we ordered Sushi: 2 x Ume Sushi 1 Maki roll with salmon and 6 Nigiris each € 14,00 . The sushi was freshly prepared by another employee. The Nigiris has 2 x salmon, 2 x tuna, 1 x boiled shrimp and 1 x Surimi. Ginger, wasabi and soy sauce as it belongs. In addition, we ordered 2 pieces of Nigiri with fly fish rogen € 4.50 and 2 pieces of Nigiri with squid € 3.00 . These were equally divided and served on the sushi plate in appeal. The Balsamico Decoration Creation on the plate at Asian however unusual and inappropriate. There was nothing to complain about the sushi. Only tuna quality could have been better. There was a generous portion of additional ginger at no cost. Ambience: Beautiful polished dark furniture in the restaurant area. Asian decoration, not exaggerated. Colored in wood tones and dark red. Cleanliness: The preparation area for ́s sushi and the outlet in the view of the cooling counter made a very clean impression. The tables and seating clean. The rest... here would be a basic cleaning not bad. My scarf fell on the window over a separation, here was a dirt collecting station. The toilets themselves clean, but unfittedly tiled door only necessary wiped, thick spider webs on the ceiling. Conclusion on the total impression 3 – if it results again 1 – certainly not again, 2 – hardly again, 3 – if it results again, 4 – happy again, 5 – definitely back to kitchen trip ."
