"Me and my mum mostly had the small tapas dishes were were nice, nothing spectacular as far as Japanese food goes, but it wasn’t bad. Portions are tiny, the restaurant itself is also very small inside with only a few tables and mostly bar like seats, all stools rather than chairs. Services was good for the most part but very slow for certain dishes, particularly the Katsu dishes which took almost an hour. Anything other than that arrived pretty quickly though, so am not sure why. No sushi, no free selection of sashimi, very limited menu. Overall average at best, certainly not in my recommendations for Japanese or Asian restaurants in Manchester unfortunately."

The fish at this restaurant is excellent! We ordered a mixed sushi platter, chirashi bowl, and enjoyed some beer and delicious sake. Can't wait for my next visit!

I had a very negative experience at this restaurant. I went in for a trial shift but the manager did not follow through on their promise to call me back. It was very disappointing.

Proper japanese food. Small restaurant with accurate japanese flavors. Simple receipes done excellent. I would recommend udon but everything I have tried is 5 stars for simple well cooked japanese food.

This is a no frills Japanese restaurant which serves authentic Japanese food of great quality. The place is very basic which adds to the experience. The staff are lovely and friendly. We will definitely be back.

I visited Yuzu with a couple of friends for my birthday. The food was delicious and authentic, the service friendly and quick, and it was all great value. We finished our meal with a glass of sake. A lovely evening in beautiful surroundings.

This lovely place certainly made an impression on us following a chance visit to get out of the rain. We were greeted by lovely inviting staff and served some fantastic food with incredible subtle flavours. My son said this was the best meal he'd ever had and we will definitely come back when we are next in Manchester.
