Never been treated so rude by staff, very customer unfriendly and unfair, placed no order and left !!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with the service. I ordered dinner for delivery, and it did not meet my expectations. The price per person was between £10 and £20.

I ordered delivery, and it took two hours for my food to arrive. When it finally got here, it was cold and greasy. I won't be ordering from this place again—such a waste of money! Save your money and go somewhere else!

There’s no great Chinese take always in Wincanton. Think that’s why Lotus House is still in business. It’s just not very good. Nice people but really poor quality food. Not even cheap. I walked past it on the way to the pub where I was going to eat. But being within ten miles Google have asked me to review. From memory, the food is good, very well priced (cheaper than Yeovil outlets and bigger portions) the service is quick, courteous and often chatty. If you're in Wincanton and want a Chinese meal, get it here.

Very pleasantly surprised we had previously avoided due to some of the reviews on Google, but we had a really nice meal very tasty food (our top dishes were sesame prawn toast, crispy spring rolls, and chicken with broccoli in oyster sauce), decent portion sizes, and very reasonably priced too. If you’re looking for a decent Chinese in the Wincanton area check it out! Service: Take out

Sadly not good. Previous meals from here have been ok but some items have not been what was ordered. Tonight my surname became Chris, two of the dishes ordered were not what I ordered even though I said I thought one of the dishes was wrong but was assured it was all correct. Also I am still picking the dry pork from my teeth after eating the chicken balls and spare ribs. I think this is my last visit to this establishment. Service: Take out Voir le carte
