Good food friendly atmosphere. Excellent service, good menu selection. Always a pleasure to visit for a meal and a quiet night.

I had a fantastic dining experience with my friends yesterday. Our waitress, Ashton, was very polite and made sure we had a great time. I would definitely visit this restaurant again. The food was top-quality and truly outstanding.

Had a lovely experience here on Sunday afternoon as a party of 12. Food was very lovely Sunday roast was beautiful and everything came out on time. Staff were lovely nothing was to much trouble for them. Would definitely recommend. Voir le carte

We had an amazing meal tonight at this restaurant. I have been a patron for years, but tonight's experience was exceptional. Everything was clean, the service was top-notch, and the food was delicious. Couldn't have asked for a better dining experience.

What an outstanding service Ashton was my waitress and she was fab from start to finish, so helpful, very polite, and great customer service. Good job Ashton. Very accommodating, the food was superb I enjoyed it so much, the atmosphere was incredible and I will DEFINITELY be coming again and couldn’t recommend this enough!!!!

This place never fails to amaze me. My waitress Ashton was phenomenal. Everyone there works so hard and it really shows so well done willow tree staff. My visit at the willow tree was great, so accommodating, the staff are always so lovely and very helpful, the food is very nice and there’s something for everyone. We arrived at the Willow tree after the place we booked had to cancel we got a table even though we didn’t book we was served by Molly she was very polite took our order Molly even removed a chair from our table so I could get my walker in close to me Everyone at the Willow trees was very busy, I would definitely recommend eating at the Willow tree brynmawr Thank you Molly for your help

My best friend and I regularly meet up at The Willow Tree for a meal and the food is consistently fantastic. Everything is fresh and delicious, and I have never had a bad experience there. The staff are all friendly and helpful, especially Mitchell who always provides excellent service. He is always happy to assist and ensures we have everything we need. The restaurant is also very accommodating for wheelchair users. I highly recommend The Willow Tree to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Friendly staff giving great service and food came out quickly as we were there at a quiet time around 3:30 to 4pm. Sticky tables everything else was clean. I thoroughly enjoyed a halloumi baguette with sliced red pepper and a sweet mild chilli relish. Would have enjoyed it more with more relish as the baguette was a little dry. Hubby said his bbq chicken burger with fries and burger sauce was very nice. J20 juices were cold and refreshing. Server told us what drinks were available as they didn’t have a drinks menu and you couldn’t order at the bar, yet you had to stand at the end of the bar to pay. Voir le carte
