The sandwich was the best I’ve ever eaten! The bread was amazing and the flavours were fantastic. Huge portions! Can fully recommend the no.7 for Beef lovers!

We visited several times during our week’s holiday near Tongue really delicious pizza, focaccia, cake, cheesecake and hot chocolate and very friendly service. Luckily we walked it all off exploring the area! Highly recommended.

A star on the north coast and a must visit. Gorgeous views over the Kyle from the outside seating. Family run with great service and great chat, the food was fantastic. We had lunch and had to add the sundae to celebrate the sunny day. Voir le carte

We got a pizza and cake takeaway for dinner. Both were delicious! The staff were very friendly and it looked like a nice place to also eat in, especially if it was warm enough to sit outside and enjoy the views. A bit of a gem in an area with less choices for food, particularly out of season.

We are close neighbours of the Norse Bakehouse so go there often for coffee and meals. The food is excellent and good value, and the portion sizes are on the large size (for us, at least! . It is a family owned and run business, and the family are very friendly and wonderful neighbours. Highly recommended!

Extremely friendly and helpful. I ordered take away pizza and I needed gluten free for my coeliac wife. Absolutely no issues and she had the same choice as me. Both pizzas were excellent (pepperoni and ham/mushroom) as was the lemon cheesecake and chocolate cake. The chocolate cake was also gluten free and was moist and rich. Fantastic find. Voir le carte

Best take away and restaurant in 100 miles radius! Family owned and run, the price reflects on the quality of high end ingredients used have thoroughly enjoyed every meal over the summer with family and friends the food’s really consistent and the service is fantastic definitely a must when on the nc500 thank you again! And hopefully see you again next year

Really disappointed. Lovely cake and coffee but really annoyed when I pointed the out that the bill was wrong to be told it was right. £13 for coffee and cake was not right. No apology but glowers when error was finally agreed. Toilets have no lights so pee in the dark or take a torch. When we pointed this out, no one bothered to do anything as they knew but were not doing anything about it PS be warned. A small cup of boiling water was £1.50 Avoid.

Had a first class meal in the Norse Bakehouse when we visited. We all ordered something different of the menu and everyone was delighted with their choices. The pizzas were incredible and easily the best we have had, so fresh and tasty. When it came to the desserts we were also far from disappointed. Not only was the food delicious, the atmosphere in the Norse Bakehouse was lovely and all the staff very welcoming. Sad that we have only just come across this restaurant before the end of the season cause if we had made a visit sooner we would have been more than regulars. Thank you again. X Voir le carte
