Great restaurant!!! Met some friends here for a pre-Christmas get together and had the Christmas menu. There was a good choice and not just typical Christmas fare! The service was brilliant and the food just delicious!! Will definitely be going again!!!

We had our Christmas Day meal at the restaurant and enjoyed it very much. The service was nice and the food all home made. We had a nice table for three and although they were very busy. There were lots of staff to help look after our table. Thank you Lisa and staff : Voir le carte

You can say confidently that this is the best in Littleborough and in my view Rochdale. The old school customer service is impecable. The food absolutely brilliant. I spoke to the owner on Christmas Day who was very nervous and was very modest about all the above… It’s the best food I have had anywhere for a long time!! Well done guys!

We visit The Waterside regularly, we love it, the service is excellent, they are very accommodating with requests, the staff are all friendly and top class. We visited for Christmas Day, they had 120 people to serve, this did not affect the service at all, everybody was in the Christmas spirit and we had a brilliant time, the food was excellent. A group of 14 people and 2 service dogs had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. Lisa and her team were incredibly friendly and accommodating. It was a family Christmas gathering and everyone had a great time. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely. Christmas Dinner at this restaurant was absolutely out of this world. We booked for five of us to have Christmas dinner here at 1pm on 25th December. The experience from start to finish was out of this world. The service was excellent from booking. We arrived and was immediately taken to our table which was wheelchair accessible (previously requested). The service from this point was second to none. We were kept topped up with drinks at all times and kept informed of where the kitchen was up to with our food orders. The Waterside is a luxurious, warm, friendly restaurant. It is perfect for many occasions, from a romantic meal for two, to a family gathering or celebration. The venue has a number of high-backed booths that provide a sense of luxury, as well as a degree of privacy. There is an extremely well stocked bar that has a wide range of quality beers, wines spirits. During warmer months there is the opportunity to dine al fresco with a number of outdoor tables set in a lovely garden with excellent views.
