"Close to the Intercontinental were we stayed, and tired of going to the more distant Italian places, we followed TRIPADVISOR and went to Vivi Divini. A simple rustic interior and a not abondant menu was a good sign for the real pleasure. It was to a certain extent. My wife had antipasto misto - good. I had Spaghetti con Vongole - good, but not the real Spaghetti con Vongole. It had some alcohol and no prezzemolo. Strange but good. My wife had gnocchi - good. I had calv live with sage - good. We shared zabaglione - close to devine. I can recommend this place for a not prententious meal at not an exaggerated price. Bravo."

This time it took the "Pasta with some black truffle" and the taste was awesome. We had a good Italian red wine, not cheap but again a good tasty dinner

Traditional Italian dishes, good wine and lovely atmosphere! Open kitchen, patio terrace, very intimate; always a delight when we visit the lady who runs the restaurant after her Italian husband passed away. And she does great honor!

As readers notice, it is not our first dinner at Restaurant Vini di vini. When in Dusseldorf we do want to go to have diner over here. The quality is always the same. And never forget the lovely wines. Elvira is a host never to forget !! So when you are in Duseldorf, give it a try.

Simple and very cozy, personal style. You can also sit outside in a little courtyard. We had excellent saltimbocca and dorada followed by lemon sorbet and cassata. Everything was delicious. Elvira, the owner, is a charming host. We'll definitely come back next time we are in Düsseldorf.

Upon entering we were looking begin early (18h). Only 1 or 2 tables available in this small restaurant. All Italian style, incl. decorations and cooks and of course the menu. Watch it: no pizza's!The bruschetta and wines started of great. The main dish with pasta and lamb was excellent as well. We liked the primitivo so much, we even bought a bottle before leaving.

We came across this by chance, (it is a short walk away from the rear of the Intercontinental hotel). It was a warm enough evening to sit outside in their tiny courtyard. Welcome and service was first class, friendly, helpful and efficient. The food was absolutely delicious. The best dinner we had on our trip - very Italianwith pasta, meat, fish etc, lovely fresh herbs and good wine.
