"a few days ago I had the pleasure of having lunch from chrome lake: A dream place! Beautiful room with large glass walls projecting on the lake: gives you a dreamy view, a magical landscape that makes the context truly unique! Elegance and goto are masters. Not to mention the kindness: we had two cagnettes with us who were welcomed in the best way with so much of bowl for water. Young, educated and attentive staff. Perfect service. Unique (mixture) note: I would like a music less electronic/dance and more minimal, clean, “reflected” in perfect harmony with the local. That said, the course offered by the menu is one more appealing than the other, the real masterpieces. I opted for rolls in strawberry carpaccio with soft cheese to the passion fruited soy sauce, marinated and mayonnaise pointers to the laity fettuccelle black of sepia, spigola in cruditè, lime, turnip peaks, black garlic and moose tabasco of raspberry, samble salted cocoa, raspberry insert accompanied by a frolla and a white chocolate moose. Fresh fish. Every single dish was a pleasure for the palate and for the eyes: maximum attention to the creation of the dish. What to say: STRACONSIGLIATO.Compliments."

"we came here with a nice group of friends and children and the organization was perfect! appetizer of local meats and cheeses, mixed bruschettes, really greedy griciarola. soft and greasy grilled meat, wet boar, baked potatoes and vegetables, all with rustic flavors as once. homemade desserts and a very kind and helpful owner made this lunch pleasant and remember. a cellar selected in the territory to accompany the meal. friendly local, young, courteous and discreet staff, right account for quality. We'll definitely come back and we'll get back!"

"I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent dining experience at your restaurant. I had high hopes for an enjoyable meal, but unfortunately, there were several issues that left me dissatisfied. Firstly, the excessive saltiness in the food was quite overwhelming. Almost every dish I ordered seemed to be overly salty, making it difficult to enjoy the flavors. Moreover, the water served was not cold, which was rather surprising and quite unpleasant. The unfriendly service added to the overall negative experience. The staff seemed disinterested and distant, failing to provide the welcoming and attentive service that I had expected. The culinary disappointments continued with an undercooked steak. It was not prepared to the desired level of doneness and ended up being chewy and tough. Additionally, the grilled vegetables were also excessively salty, and the fries were both oily and overcooked, resulting in an unpleasant texture. The most disappointing part was the pizza, which appeared to be overcooked and hard, almost as if it had been reheated from an old batch. This made it extremely difficult for my children to eat, and they were left quite unsatisfied. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the accumulation of these issues greatly impacted our dining experience. As a loyal customer, I hope that you take this feedback seriously and consider addressing these shortcomings to ensure that future patrons can enjoy a better dining experience at your establishment."

"this place is a sound. we went because it was near the villa farnese. in future we will go to caprarola to eat here, and by the way, maybe they see the villa! a family business with a gracious reception and very well prepared...food often with a difference. pasta alla grigia with extensive pasta works wonderfully good. cinghiale viterbo style is a one-pot, delicate and full of taste. my wife had the organic eggs with truffles; generous with the truffles, simple and delicious. I had venenpolpette (meat balls) that were very good. they also make their own biscotti. locally grown high-quality ingredients, prepared with respect and tradition – but often with an interesting swirl. the hazelnut mousse for example. they do salumi and cheese plates, all local and delicious. we're coming back. By the way, if an earlier reviewer says “I can’t recommend this place very enough” it’s an English way to say that she can’t find the cake to say how much she likes it. it is not a critique, but a high praise."
