"in the restaurant trilussa in ronciglione we had an excellent silvester dinner. fish residues (on request of my healthy daughter came the grilled fish perfectly pulled out as it prefers.) excellent fattyuccine alla pescatora and paccheri with muscheln- cozze and pecorino! despite. of the bustling restaurants, the owners managed to create a relaxing atmosphere and even our little sins of gluttony satisfied, that is to make us taste a part of the rigatoni alla boscaiola with fuhghi and delicious cream....Supremi sweets. we'll be back!"

"this place is a sound. we went because it was near the villa farnese. in future we will go to caprarola to eat here, and by the way, maybe they see the villa! a family business with a gracious reception and very well prepared...food often with a difference. pasta alla grigia with extensive pasta works wonderfully good. cinghiale viterbo style is a one-pot, delicate and full of taste. my wife had the organic eggs with truffles; generous with the truffles, simple and delicious. I had venenpolpette (meat balls) that were very good. they also make their own biscotti. locally grown high-quality ingredients, prepared with respect and tradition – but often with an interesting swirl. the hazelnut mousse for example. they do salumi and cheese plates, all local and delicious. we're coming back. By the way, if an earlier reviewer says “I can’t recommend this place very enough” it’s an English way to say that she can’t find the cake to say how much she likes it. it is not a critique, but a high praise."

"Questa è l'Italia! I sapori del passato, prodotti di qualità e piatti tradizionali. Italia dei borghi e il profumo del legno dai patroni di un piccolo paese: Carbognano. La posizione è calda e accogliente, le pareti ronzio di reliquie che raccontano 60 anni di storia; ancora più caldo e caldo l'accoglienza di Mauro e Giovanna, che ha trasformato una piccola trattoria in un vero gioiello. "We were in Ronciglione during the Mille Miglia. All restaurants were fully booked. Luckily Il Divino was so flexible and hospitable to offer us a table for a quick dinner. We were brought to the rooftop terrace, which is a beautiful spot! They took the order immediately, translated where needed, gave advice and served the food fast. My friends had spaghetti bolognese, the steak with lardo (he was over the moon). I chose for the grilled mixed fish platter and grilled veggies. It was delightful! Not too heavy, perfect! Very tasteful as well. Would really recommend this spot! The server gave us two cups of chocolate cream which I am very curious at! Will try them tomorrow. Thank you!"
