Arrivati in questo posticino dopo un appuntamento di lavoro in zona, siamo stati piacevolmente accolti da Gaetano (proprietario) figlio d 'arte di un pastaio di altri tempi. In effetti durante il giorno è aperto proprio di fianco il laboratorio di pasta fresca ed altre prelibatezze da portare a casa da cucinare e/o già pronte. Ma torniamo al ristorante. Pochi tavoli, atmosfera accogliente e raccolta. Alle pareti un pò di rifeirmeni della lavorazione della pasta con un pò di trafile al bronzo ultracentenarie.
