"A great discovery! We stumbled upon this place when looking for a restaurant offering local food and loved it! As entree we got a plate of raw meat (a beef tartare and a Bra sausage) and a plate of filled paprika. We then took pasta with Bra sausage ragù and eventually we also took a semifreddo and a Bunet. From all the dishes everything was well balanced, portions were just right and in all tasted awesome! Service was also very friendly and professional, price was just right. Would definitely come back."

in una calda serata estiva, con la città quasi deserta, questa taverna era una salvezza e una piacevole esperienza, in particolare il tajarin e il faraone con albicocche. anche dessert eccellenti. il personale era molto gentile e molto disponibile. Voir le carte

cena in uno spazio fuori dalla trattoria, un portico dai tempi alti, molto caratteristico. i piatti tradizionali molto buoni e abbondanti, in particolare il faraone con albicocche e squisito aspic con frutti di bosco. Congratulazioni una bella cena!

Pranzo di lavoro. Scelto un menù che i commensali, in alcuni casi, hanno voluto cambiare, il ristoratore non ha posto nessun problema. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, porzioni adeguate, buona velocità di servizio. È una trattoria elegante... Consigliatissimo!

Ho festeggiato il battesimo di mia figlia ottimo cibo i gestori sono persone squisite mi hanno pure accontentato su un'invitato che aveva problemi a mangiare determinati cibi. Lo consiglio si mangia bene e si spende poco anche il vino buono. Noi ci andiamo spesso oltre al battesimo e continueremo sempre a farlo. Consiglio i tajerin e lo stracotto lo fanno veramente bene.

Cher Mauri is one of the most honest chefs I know. Warm, inviting and passionate about food how it’s grown, raised and best ways to prepare. He is the true embodiment of passions for both food and service. I only wished I lived here to spend more time at his restaurant. Any aspiring chefs out there must go and just watch him in action. (He leads local tours of the terroir and cooking classes too by the way).
